Transfer of file

Orden de 15 de abril de 2013 de la Consejera de Educación, Universidad, Cultura y Deporte, modificada por la Orden ECD7771/2016, de 4 de julio y por la Orden ED/793/2018, de 26 de abril, por la que se regula la admisión y acceso a las enseñanzas artísticas superiores y se establecen criterios complementarios de matriculación.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

During the month of June of each year.

REQUIREMENTS

-Existence of a vacancy at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Aragón in the course to which the transfer is desired.

 

-Access to the second year: to have passed the entire first year and be enrolled in the center of origin in the academic year in which the transfer request is submitted.

 

-Access to third and fourth year: to have passed the complete first year, to have passed the main instrument/voice course of the previous years and to be enrolled in the center of origin in the academic year in which the transfer request is submitted.

 

-Passing a level test.

DOCUMENTATION TO BE SUBMITTED

Application (click to download).

–Photocopy of the ID card or document proving the identity of the interested party.

–Certificate of enrollment in the center of origin, in the academic year in which the transfer request is submitted.

–Official academic certification issued by the center from which the transfer is requested, stating the subjects, grades and exam dates used in accordance with the curriculum in force in the Autonomous Community of origin.

–Syllabus of the center of origin.

–Written motivation of the transfer request, if applicable, which may be accompanied by the documents deemed necessary to support the motivation.

 

For those applicants who are studying the first year of the courses and in the center of origin have not completed the exams or do not have the grades before June 30 of each year, they will present certification issued by the center of origin stating this situation. Once they have the official academic certification issued by the center of origin, which will be completed with the official academic certification once the extraordinary exams have been completed and in which it is stated that they have passed the first course in its entirety.

Orden ECD/771/2016, de 4 de Julio, amending the Order of April 15, 2013, which regulates admission and access to Higher Artistic Education and establishes complementary criteria for the enrollment process.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

• What conditions must be met to request a file transfer from another center?

The transfer of academic records from a center outside the Autonomous Community of Aragon must be requested in June. In order to request the transfer, it will be necessary to have completed the first year of studies at the center of origin. Subsequently, the competent Administration in matters of Higher Music Education will resolve the request. The transfer authorization will be effective, in any case, for the following academic year and the applicant must request that the center of origin send the documentation related to the academic record.
