Record transfer

Order of April 15, 2013, from the Minister of Education, University, Culture, and Sport, modified by Order ECD7771/2016, of July 4, and by Order ED/793/2018, of April 26, which regulates admission and access to higher artistic education and establishes complementary enrollment criteria.

APPLICATION PERIOD

During the month of June each year.

REQUIREMENTS

-Existence of a vacancy at the Higher Conservatory of Music of Aragon in the course to which the transfer is requested.

 

-Access to the second year: have passed the complete first year and be enrolled in the home institution in the academic year in which the transfer request is submitted.

 

-Access to the third and fourth year: have passed the complete first year, have passed the main instrument/voice subject of the previous years, and be enrolled in the home institution in the academic year in which the transfer request is submitted.

 

-Passing of a level test.

–Photocopy of the DNI or identity document of the interested party.

–Certificate of enrollment from the home institution, for the academic year in which the transfer request is submitted.

–Official academic certificate issued by the institution from which the transfer is requested, stating subjects, grades, and examination sessions attended according to the current curriculum in the home Autonomous Community.

–Study Plan of the home institution, stamped by the same.

–Letter of motivation for the transfer request, if applicable, which may be accompanied by documents deemed necessary to support the motivation.

 

For applicants who are currently in the first year of their studies and whose home institution has not completed exams or does not have grades available before June 30 of each year, they must submit a certificate issued by the home institution stating this situation. Once they have the official academic certificate issued by the home institution, they will complete it with the official academic certificate once the extraordinary exams have been taken and it shows that they have passed the first year in its entirety.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What conditions are necessary to request an academic record transfer from another center?

The transfer of an academic record from a center outside the Autonomous Community of Aragon must be requested in June. To request the transfer, it will be necessary to have completed the first year of studies at the home institution. Subsequently, the competent Administration for Higher Music Education will resolve the request. The authorization for the transfer of the academic record will be effective, in any case, for the following academic year, and the applicant must request the home institution to send the documentation regarding the academic record.
