Los próximos días 18 al 20 de mayo, Miriam Kofler impartirá unas Clases Magistrales de Fagot en el CSMA. Tendrán lugar en la Sala García Abril, Auditorio Eduardo del Pueyo y aula 113 del CSMA.
Since the 2018/19 season, Miriam Kofler has been principal bassoonist with the Rundfunk Sinfonieorchester Berlin. In 2017 she had a temporary contract in the same position with the Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg.
She performs with orchestras such as the Berlin Philharmonic, Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, Mahler Chamber Orchestra, Hessischer Rundfunk Symphony Orchestra, Bamberg Symphony Orchestra, Konzerthausorchester Berlin, Gürzenich Orchester Köln, Orchestra Andrea Barca, Scottish Chamber Orchestra and Ensemble Spira Mirabilis.
She is also an extremely active chamber musician and part of various groups. In addition, she is a founding member of the ‘Ensemble Desiderio’, an international formation created in 2017, which impresses with its flexibility. The ensemble organises several projects every year, and there are no limits to the repertoire, both in terms of instrumentation and style, as the ensemble reshapes itself around the core members depending on the concept.
Miriam Kofler first received private lessons in bassoon, but after only one year she changed to the conservatory ‘C. Monteverdi’ Conservatory in Bolzano with Prof. Claudio Alberti, where she graduated with distinction in 2011. In 2015 she graduated with distinction from the Mozarteum University in Salzburg with Prof. Marco Postinghel.
From 2015 to 2017, the South Tyrolean studied with Sergio Azzolini at the Musik Akademie Basel. Miriam Kofler was a member of the Gustav Mahler Youth Orchestra several times and was also a scholarship holder of the Karajan Academy of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra.
